Workspace settings

Welcome to Incele.ai

Create your first workspace in one clean step.

Your workspace is the operational home for one workspace: subdomain, website, products, media, billing, and AI behavior. Set the essentials now, then refine everything else inside the panel.

Workspace website

Reserve a strong subdomain and prepare the public site.

Catalog and media

Add products, collections, images, and content after setup.

Billing ready

Each workspace has a shared prepaid credit wallet.

Multi-workspace owner

Each workspace has its own website, catalogue, and prepaid credit wallet.

What unlocks next

The full workspace panel opens right after creation.

Profile editing, website controls, products, media, collections, billing, and AI settings stay protected until the first workspace exists.

Instant workspace creation

This opens the full workspace panel immediately after creation.

Workspace billing email

Billing notifications belong to this workspace. Saving a new billing email requires OTP verification first.

Workspace billing phone

Country selector and dial code are included.

AI behavior instructions

Example: "Speak in a short, premium tone. Prioritize compatibility, sizing, delivery, and return-policy clarity. If a key detail is missing, ask one clear follow-up question first."

Website visibility

Decide whether signed-in users can open the public website on this workspace subdomain right now.

Show public website

Visitors will see a maintenance page instead of the live website.

Website editor access

Open the website editor to update pages, sections, visuals, and other public website content for this workspace.

You can launch it from the sidebar or the dashboard preview when the website is available.

Danger zone

Delete workspace

This permanently removes the workspace, its public website connection, and all workspace-managed data. If you only want to hide the website, turn off public visibility instead of deleting the workspace.

Products Collections and tags Media and files Website settings Kiosk devices Workspace access records

Only the workspace owner can do this. Email OTP verification is required before deletion, and the action cannot be undone after confirmation.

Team access

Manage workspace users

Invite teammates by email, review accepted and pending access, and remove workspace access without deleting anyone from Incele.ai. Limit: 200 accepted or invited users per workspace.

Invite user

Add a teammate to this workspace

We store an invitation only. The person becomes a platform user when they sign in or register.

Email address Workspace role

Owner access is reserved for the current owner. Maximum 200 accepted or invited users per workspace.

Invitation flow

What happens after you invite someone

An invitation email is sent to the address you enter.

Invited people appear as invited, accepted, rejected, cancelled, removed, or owner depending on the latest access state.

Removing an accepted user detaches them only from this workspace. Their Incele.ai account stays untouched.

Leave empty if the kiosk should remain active until you revoke it.

What appears here

Create a device to generate its one-time kiosk key

After you create a kiosk on the left, its access key appears here once so you can copy it into the device setup flow.

Before creation

Add a clear device label

Use names like Main entrance, Cash desk, or Waiting area so devices stay easy to manage.

After creation

Copy the secret immediately

The kiosk key is hidden again after this page changes, so copy it right away and store it securely.

This secret is not shown again after this page changes. Copy it now and store it securely on the device setup side.
